I have had many yeas working in business and marketing. In this report we find that although many businesses have survived up to now, they forget what it takes to Flourish and Survive. The future has to be different now because every customer has to be marketed to in ways to produce better profits. Getting new customers is great, but keeping the old ones is even more important because then they often trust you.

With a database of existing customers, this makes life much easier. Businesses have to move into Database Alliances with their clients. But even with a good customer base, they need to be informed, and if they are neglected, someone else will get them. Many businesses (over 50%) are guilty of neglecting their present and past customers. Think of how you would feel if you were never contacted again after spending your hard earned money on a product or service, never to hear from them again.

Statistics also show that 65% of people stop doing business with a company because they get the feeling that they are not important to the business. It’s not always the price, quality, selection or any other reason that causes customers to stop doing business with a particular business. The major reason is because the customer stops feeling like they mean something to the business. They expect you to market and sell to them. And If you don’t- they will go elsewhere to spend their hard earned money. Tell them there special and necessary, and they will love you for it.
