Out of every tool I use to make my online business easier, the one that I’ve found to be the most useful happens to be free. To be honest with you, I believe it’s one of the best free email marketing tools of all time. I still can’t believe they’re not charging for it.
In case you’re wondering, it’s called XMailWrite. In fact, this very article you’re reading right now was written using XMailWrite. So not only does it work great for composing email messages, it works just as well for article marketing.
The interface is extremely easy to use and understand. In the center is the area where you type in your message. To the left is the suggestions the software makes to avoid triggering spam filters. To the right is your articles readability score, statistics and word count. All you have to do is click on the “Analyze” button and see how you’re doing. I usually do this after each paragraph but how you do this is entirely up to you.
You can use the tabbed interface which makes it perfect for writing a series of email autoresponder messages. Just in case you think of something that would be better placed in another message, no problem. All you would need to do is click the tab and write it in the more appropriate spot.
The readability score is most useful in that you will be able to see at a glance what grade level your writing is. This is not to insult you, but help you keep your writing at about a 7th grade level. Doing this insures that the people who read your messages can understand what you’ve written. Your email marketing can only benefit from this.
Finally, I have to mention XmailWrite’s word count section. This comes in very handy if you’re writing articles with the aim of attracting the search engines. You will be able to see your targeted keywords percentage as you write and make any necessary changes. This is an excellent feature if you are involved in article marketing, and along with everything else, is very instructive.
Speaking of keywords, have you seen the new NicheBOT? In case you aren’t aware, NicheBOT just came out with version 2, and is an awesome tool for finding low competition keywords and phrases you otherwise wouldn’t know about.
